These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Neigbr (the “Service”). By creating an account or using Neigbr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Neigbr is

Neigbr is a hyperlocal marketplace that connects customers who need local help with professionals and agencies who offer skills. A single account can be used to both hire and offer services. Neigbr is a platform — we are not the provider of the services booked through it.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Neigbr.
• Phone verification is required for all accounts; professionals must complete identity verification before accepting jobs.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity under your account.

3. Bookings, quotes & scheduling

Customers may request instant, quote-based, or scheduled jobs. Quotes, prices, availability and scope are agreed between the customer and the professional. Neigbr facilitates the connection but is not a party to the agreement for the work itself.

4. Payments & invoices

Professionals are paid for completed work, and invoices are generated for paid jobs. You agree to pay the amounts agreed for services you book. Applicable fees and payment terms are presented within the Service.

5. Ratings, reviews & conduct

• Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience.
• You agree not to harass, defraud, or endanger other users, or to post unlawful or misleading content.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Warranty on eligible jobs

Certain jobs may include a 15-day warranty. Warranty applies only to eligible jobs and the same reported issue, subject to review. It does not cover new issues, misuse, or work outside the original scope. Eligibility and outcomes are determined by Neigbr on review.

7. Disputes

If something goes wrong, you may raise a dispute through the Service. We will review the job history, messages and invoices to help reach a fair resolution, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. Neigbr does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services offered by professionals, nor the accuracy of user content. You use the Service and engage providers at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neigbr is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any job booked through it.

10. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using Neigbr and delete your account at any time.
